[Images|Extract]

Usage

The extract menu item is for extracting specified images. Please note that extraction doesn't change centre-centre slice separation or other related values. In other words, proper volume measurements could be lost.

Dialog

From the Menu Window, you can choose between two types of extractions

Normal
Input of absolute image numbers.
Ecat
Input image numbers according to plane, frame, gate & bed layout; respectively dim[3], dim[4], dim[5], dim[6].

Normal Style

Here the list of image numbers will be sequence sensitive. This means images will be included as given; duplicates too!

You can even reverse all images in the volumes.

Images
Entry for supplying a list of absolute image numbers (or zero to reverse all)
Apply
Button for applying the selection and start the extraction. The previously opened file will be lost!
Cancel
Button to cancel extraction.

Ecat Style

In case of ECAT input, reversing or duplicating images is NOT possible.

Planes
Entry for supplying a list of planes to extract (for each frame,gate & bed | dim[3])
Frames
Entry for supplying a list of frames to extract (for each gate & bed | dim[4])
Gates
Entry for supplying a list of gates  to extract (for each bed | dim[5])
Beds
Entry for supplying a list of beds   to extract (dim[6])
Apply
Button to apply selection and begin extraction. The previously opened file will be lost!
Cancel
Button to cancel extraction.

After Apply the Viewer Window will show the extracted images.
