Path [Images|Extract] Usage The extract menu item is for extracting specified images. Please note that extraction doesn't change centre-centre slice separation or other related values. In other words, proper volume measurements could be lost. Dialog After you selected for image extraction from the Menu Window, you will be prompted for the type of extraction: ![]() The window buttons are as follows: Normal Radiobutton for NORMAL input of absolute image numbers.
Ecat Radiobutton for ECAT input of plane,frame,gate & bed numbers.
Apply Button to apply the selection ...
Cancel Button to cancel extraction.
In case of NORMAL input, the list of image numbers will be sequence sensitive. This means that all images will be ordered in the way you entered the numbers (even duplicates will be regarded)! It is also possible to reverse all images in the file. The dialog box to enter the image numbers looks like this: ![]() Images Entry for supplying a list of absolute image numbers (or zero to reverse all)
Apply Button for applying the selection and start the extraction. The previously opened file will be lost!
Cancel Button to cancel extraction.
In case of ECAT input, reversing or duplicating images is NOT possible. The dialog box to enter the extraction list: ![]() Planes Entry for supplying a list of planes to extract (for each frame,gate & bed)
Frames Entry for supplying a list of frames to extract (for each gate & bed)
Gates Entry for supplying a list of gates to extract (for each bed)
Beds Entry for supplying a list of beds to extract
Apply Button to apply selection and begin extraction. The previously opened file will be lost!
Cancel Button to cancel extraction.
After Apply the Viewer Window will contain the extracted images. << View | MenuWindow | Reslice >> |
