Usage

This utility allows you to alter some internal FILEINFO study parameters. This is sometimes needed due to a bad header interpretation or wrong defaults used. As a less damaging example: here you can change the default Static Study type into a Tomographic one, just after reading the raw image array. Selectable tabs are: Orientation, Sizes / Times, Dimensions, Study Parameters.

Select "No" in case of raw acquisition data.

Modality

Just a formality for InterFile dialect. For DICOM, the output is currently always NM.

Acquisition Type Choose proper acquisition type. This can have lots of usefull features:

reading a raw data defaults to Static, which can be changed here.
neat for writing a wanted ASCII InterFile header of which the parameters can be edited afterwards.
