Usage

This utility allows you to alter some internal FILEINFO study parameters. This is sometimes needed due to a bad header interpretation or wrong defaults used. As a less damaging example: here you can change the default Static Study type into a Tomographic one, just after reading the raw image array. Selectable tabs are: Orientation, Sizes / Times, Dimensions, Study Parameters.

Dialog

A tab for altering essential real world voxel sizes and time Frame Duration. The Pixel Size is used for the current X and Y dimension. The Slice Width for the Z dimension. The Slice Separation is meant as the centre-centre slice separation, briefly explained here.
